Jakarta: Borderless Healthcare Group (BHG) is opening opportunities for Indonesian hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals to transform into future longevity clinics. Opportunities are also being extended to the wellness and tourism sectors.

Several resorts in Indonesia are already slated for transformation into longevity resorts, offering gender-tailored health programs with personalized protocols, developed by experts.

The initiative is seen as a major opportunity for Indonesia to strengthen its position as a wellness destination in Southeast Asia. With the largest healthcare market in the region, Indonesia is considered to possess the potential to become a regional growth hub for longevity services.

The longevity industry focuses on developing technologies, products, and medical services designed to enhance lifespan and quality of life, in an era where health consciousness prevails.

Amidst rapid technological advancements, healthcare services are shifting from a curative approach to a preventive one. Actor Samuel Rizal has called for preventive approaches to be the primary focus in maintaining long-term quality of life.

“Prevention is key to maintaining a healthy lifestyle. Technology is becoming increasingly sophisticated, and many people nowadays are more knowledgeable about fitness and healthy living. Yet not everyone practices it. Knowing is one thing, but acting is another,” remarked Samuel on Wednesday, June 24, 2026.

In light of these developments, Indonesia has introduced “Longevity 5.0”, a long-term health approach powered by artificial intelligence, cloud computing, and precision medicine, designed to help people lead healthier, longer, and more productive lives.

The concept was developed by Zeroage.life, BHG’s longevity division, through two gender-specific platforms: SheSpan.life for women and Longevity.men for men.
The Longevity Industry Longevity 5.0 will prioritize prevention and early-stage health optimization. BHG Founder and Chairman Wei Siang Yu explained that longevity is not merely about extending one’s lifespan.

“Longevity is about remaining physically, mentally, hormonally, and socially healthy throughout every phase of life,” he said.

To date, interventions have generally been confined to clinical settings, involving health screenings, hormone therapy, supplements, and vitamin infusions. Longevity 5.0 will look to establish healthcare services designed to be more personalized, integrated, and sustainable.

Through the “Continuum of Longevity Experiences” (CLE) scheme, healthcare will no longer be limited to hospitals or clinics; instead, CLE will create a seamless network spanning clinics, wellness resorts, and patients’ homes.

The scheme will connect patients across Indonesia with a global network of longevity experts via an integrated cloud system. Therapy recommendations can then be formulated based on a multidisciplinary approach and more comprehensive health data.

Yvonne Wong, Chief Development Officer at Zeroage.life, views AI integration as the cornerstone of Longevity 5.0. The technology will enable doctors to analyze complex health data –,ranging from biomarkers, the microbiome, and epigenetics to hormonal profiles,– to generate more accurate and personalized health plans.

“We are currently standing at the intersection of preventive and curative care. With Longevity 5.0, health interventions can be implemented much earlier, even before symptoms appear,” she proclaimed.

The approach will also cater to the nuanced biological needs of men and women. The SheSpan.life platform, for example, will offer services tailored for women during menstruation, pregnancy, menopause, and post-menopause phases, with each phase involving distinct hormonal changes and health requirements.

Longevity.men, on the other hand, will focus on optimizing male vitality, hormonal health, fitness, and sexual health. Yvonne emphasized, “Male vitality needs to be proactively optimized throughout one’s life, rather than waiting until the condition has deteriorated.”

This new era ushered in by Longevity 5.0 will place health as a long-term investment, managed daily, enabling people to lead healthier, more productive, and more meaningful lives.
